Easy to get to, particularly good and excellent location right by the train station, and the center of Florence and the train station. And 10 mins walk to a pedestrianized square.

Our stay was very nice. We truly enjoyed staying in this clean hotel. 3. the breakfast was good. 4. the staff was very helpful and super-friendly. 5. the venue had a good location near the city center.

Well-equipped and big room which had climate control, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The breakfast was good and included, and the staff were nice! The location was favourable close to the cathedral. Local fast food option Il Forno San Gallo was 5 minutes walk away.

The location was excellent, close to the cathedral and train station. the spacious room for 4 had a desk, cupboard, fridge, and beautiful windows. the room and shared bathroom were impeccably clean. the staff made us feel like family and accommodated us after a bad experience elsewhere. the owner and lady staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was filling and good. the hotel was walkable from the railway station.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the location, cleanliness, and helpful staff. They allowed us to leave our bags before check-in and after check-out, which made our city exploration much easier. The breakfast was also very good.

The only thing we wished for was a rooftop hangout spot at the guest house. It would've been dope to chill with our crew, vibe to some beats, and have a sick view of the city skyline.

The location of the accommodation was perfect for exploring the city, with countless restaurants and shops around the area. The staff were friendly, and always available when we needed them. The room was spotless and equipped with a fridge, which was really convenient for us.

The lack of a fan or ventilation in the shared bathroom, which made it a little uncomfortable to use during hot days. the free Wifi didn't work in our room, which was a bit inconvenient, but not a deal breaker.

It was within walking distance to everything and surrounded by numerous restaurants. the staff was amazing, providing exceptional service. the rooms were impeccably clean, and the bathrooms were even cleaner than my own home. It felt like they were being cleaned every 15 minutes. having a fridge in the room was perfect. I had a fantastic experience and want to thank the Golden Dream Guest House for everything.
